The worst, first the link comes for a different software "an upgrade" after 2 hours of trying to get it to work I call the software people and they say well you must download the img of it. So they email me the links, it's on a mac.com account so the 500 mb download takes in total right now it says 4 hours and 52 minutes. I believe I read somewhere "so easy even the marketing guys and use it." hmmmmm little deceptive I would say. BTW I have a 10mb download connection, so it's not like I am on dialup. At this point this was the worst product I have ever seen this year atleast and expect a refund, an apology, and a new cable set for my time and trouble that was wasted on this poorly designed and poorly document software.
